Hi Karen, 

The heater in the tent melted the snow on the top before our guest arrived and they enjoyed sitting almost outdoors where the could be warm and enjoy the view of snow blanketing our yard.   

Our granddaughter truly enjoyed her first birthday along with 17 kids ages 1-6 and all the adults had a great time as well. 

I want to tell you that the men on your staff who set up the tent on Thursday and today, removed it, were sso gracious and wonderful.  Give them each a gold star for customer service.
