Keep A Child Alive’s Black Ball was held at the Hammerstein Ballroom on October 19th. The Black Ball was described as an evening of music and philanthropy, raising $2 million in funds to help the fight to end AIDS. Equipment provided for the ball included carpeting.

The Bed Race is an annual event at Rutgers University that benefits New Jersey residents in need. Various student organizations decorate and then race their beds down College Avenue for the event. Miller’s Rentals provided tenting and lighting for the race.

Miller’s Rentals was honored to participate in supplying rentals for the New York Rangers’ 2016 opening night held at Madison Square Garden on October 13th. The opening night game was against the New York Islanders, with the Rangers pulling together a win at 5-3. Rental equipment supplied included custom rugs featuring the Rangers’ new 90th Anniversary logo and pre-game presentation and arrival area set-up.

Earlier this month Miller’s Rentals had the pleasure of setting up the arrival area for the premiere of “Kevin Hart: What Now?” at AMC Leows Lincoln Theater in New York City. The stand-up comedy film follows star Kevin Hart’s sold-out performance in front of over 50,000 people at Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field. Rental equipment provided included staging, carpeting, ropes and stanchions, crowd control equipment, and staffing for the premiere.
